Our Rates
At Essential Mastering, we offer three basic Mastering Rates: Digital, Analog, and Tape.
- Digital: Mastering on a Budget, - This allows the mastering process to be streamlined, sacrificing no attention to detail. Bypassing convertors and analog devices saves time and in turn saves you money. However, it should be noted that there is no substitute for the impressive sonic qualities of our analog gear.
- Analog: The best of both worlds, - Our Anolog equipment sounds beautiful. We have some of the best digital to analog converters money can buy. This ensures that there will be no sacrifice to audio quality during conversion. Combined with stunning analog compressors and EQ’s, this method produces a finished product that is enhanced and pristine.
- Tape: The reel deal, - Our favorite way to master a record. During this process, we print your stereo master to tape. This will give your mix the sound of natural tape compression that cannot be acheived by any other means. This technique is called layback mastering, and is, in our view, the finest way possible to represent your music.
